Responsibilities

  • Participate as a member of the Solutions implementation team in discovery sessions to understand the client’s business objectives and system needs
  • Help design the solution that best meets the client’s requirements
  • Participate in testing to ensure the solution performs as designed
  • Lead Client/Internal training sessions.
  • Support clients through go-live process and a play key role in promoting solution adoption
  • Work with the Project Leader to understand assigned project responsibilities and keep the projects on schedule
  • Communicate progress and expectations, escalates problems to Project Leader for awareness and/or resolution
  • Participate in weekly Status Meetings with the Project Leader
  • Help Design and develop the user experience and user interfaces for web and mobile travel applications that drive revenue, and target market growth for clients
  • Work with business teams to enhance, and optimize existing and new functionality for travel software products
  • Work as SME for Travel Technology and Leisure Travel Business
  • Key focus – Internet Booking Engines, Airline Loyalty Programs, Shopping optimization, QC Automation, Airline Merchandising & Branding etc
  • Travel Inventory Supplier Management
  • Complete Product workflow certifications as per vendor requirements including UX certifications
